What I Provide
I provide sport-specific training for athletes in MMA, BJJ, kickboxing, and powerlifting—programming that goes beyond generic workouts and actually develops the skills and physical tools that carry over into competition.
I also train individuals whose jobs demand more than average fitness—military, SWAT, police, and blue-collar workers—focusing on strength, conditioning, and resilience so they can perform under pressure and come home safe.
On top of that, I help with rehabilitation and rebuilding after injuries, whether they come from training, competition, or the job itself. My approach combines performance science, functional strength, and progressive recovery methods to get people not just back to baseline, but beyond it.
At the core, everything I do is built on one mission: to create stronger, tougher, more capable humans.
My Background
I first got into training through powerlifting—chasing numbers on the bar and getting hooked on strength. What started as lifting weights quickly grew into a full-on fascination with sports science, human performance, and self-improvement. I wanted to understand not just how to get stronger, but how to push the limits of the body and mind.
That passion led me to launch a podcast and YouTube channel, diving into conversations and ideas around training, growth, and discipline. Over time, my path shifted from pure strength sports into combat sports. I started with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which eventually opened the door to MMA—a whole new level of testing myself.
Now, I’ve transitioned into coaching, where I bring everything I’ve learned—strength, conditioning, mindset, and fight training—into helping others become more resilient, more capable, and harder to kill.
